“Fruit of the Spirit” is a biblical term that sums up the nine visible attributes of a genuinely Christian life (Galatians 5:22-23). We learn from scripture that these are not individual “fruits” from which we pick and choose. Rather, the product of the Spirit is one ninefold “fruit” that characterises all who actually walk in the Holy Spirit. Collectively, these are the fruits that all Christians should be producing in their new lives with Jesus Christ. This submenu on Christian ethics harps on an age-long system of moral principle or rules of behaviour that identifies every child of God and sets them apart from the lust and wild desires of the world.

The book of Proverbs is one of my favourite books of the Bible. It consists of wisdom keys for every circumstance of life on a day to day basis. In Proverbs Chapter Six Verses Sixteen to Nineteen, seven things are listed as abominations before the Lord. This brings us to the question what an abomination …

Abigail was originally the wife of Nabal before she became David’s wife. I like to refer to her as Lady Abigail because of the way she comported herself. Her story can be found in the book of 1 Samuel Chapter 25 in the Old Testament of the Bible. Her story was very brief as told …
